Hotel is not clean, poor air condition, poor washroom, and furthermore there is only one electricity socket in the whole room which is very bad to stay in this freak hotel! Only good this is that the tram and metro is very near to the hotel but the price and room is not worth it at all!

We stayed in this hotel in June and it was awesome. The service, staff, rooms, and breakfast was very good. We where 9 and the hotel is near Laleli train station. Special thanks to Rajab, Bolat and Mohammed, you are great guys. Thank you very much for your smile, your work. I recommend this hotel for 100% !

The room was very clean , they changed sheets and towels every day, we were very close to metro and bus station and the breakfast was acceptable. But , I didn't found the staff and especially the reception friendly. They didn't gave me the sense of welcoming and hospitality. One other negative thing is the Hotel's location. Personally I didn't like it very much , even if is very close to metro, tram and tourist sights like Kapali Carsi . I can tell you for sure that Istanbul has much much better locations to choose to stay..
