Charming hotel close to and yet outside the tourist area (quite quiet neighborhood not far from Old Market bridge). Our reception was very cordial and throughout our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and its decor, together with the handsome palmtrees - not to mention the two pools -, made it our perfect oasis.

Would not recommend. Was meant to be a relaxing holiday with my partner couldn’t have been further from that. We were very unhappy with many things like the aircon, pool being green, no fridge even though it was listed on amenities, toilet flooded everywhere. We asked to see the manger for the entirety of our stay but was constantly told he’s on holiday. Apart from the manager there was no one in charge so getting out issued fixed was not easy at all.
