It's a good value for money. I have to admit that it is not the cleanest place in Cambodia that I've been sleeping in. However owners are very friendly and super helpful. There is a walking distance to the cite centre, very good location, close to the river. Breakfast is included in the price (fried eggs or omlet). You can also rent a bicycle here.

Can’t say I’d recommend this place. It was fairly dirty. Breakfast was just okay, and only goes until 9 am. Air con was mediocre as well. Every time I had to ask the owner something I felt like an inconvenience, but he was usually accommodating. When I paid to hire a tuk tuk driver for Angkor, I was conveniently not told that I was only paying for the small loop. I was also charged the full amount for the room despite having paid a deposit on HostelWorld. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good no frills budget guesthouse. Includes breakfast and airport pick up which was very nice. Location is a bit far from town center for walking to old market, pub street etc. Get an AC room, the fan rooms get hot. Nice family run place, I enjoyed my stay.

One of the most charming accommodation i've seen in Siemreap,This guesthouse is great!! Clean and spacious rooms. breakfast is great! the location is near the old market and night market and restaurants. Staff are friendly and courteous, the best ones shoud i say.they can help arrange tours and transfers for your travels as well! The owner Mr. Meng and his family are so warm and helpful. we feel at home and comfortable during our stay here. This guesthouse impressed me very much and on the whole went over and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Siem Reap and looking for a fantastic guesthouse in the centre of town.

5 stars for hospitality and efforts to make my stay as easy as possible, one star off for cost. US$40 for a double room that smelled damp when the a/c was off, had a TV but didn't have a bedside light and was a bit beat-up seemed a bit much, especially compared to the same price room I'd just stayed in in Chiang Mai that was brand new and twice the size. I guess it was due to it being NY and reflects the general higher cost of Cambodia compared to Thailand. My host Mr Heng was extremely attentive, was available to answer any query/problem I had and arranged a couple of tours for me as well as inviting me to join the family for New Years dinner which was a welcome and unique experience even if barely anyone spoke English. Thank you Mr Heng and your Uncle!
