We arrived at 3:30 am we left at 11 AM. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one is that we woke the guy at the reception up to check in - although he made sure to act like a complete a--hole about it even after I tried to apologise (we had told him that we were going to arrive after 12am but we got delayed further at the airport). Seeing how grumpy the guy had been the night before, we simply booked another hotel and gave the key back. This place is NOT a three star hotel. It's a hostel or a one-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the bed was itchy, and when it rained, water dripped down the electrical chord of the ceiling lamp. The staircase is narrow and very steep (keep in mind there's no elevator). In short, if you're on an extremely tight budget and you don't mind the discomfort, then I guess you this place is good enough given its location.

I went at the hostel around 10 pm but reception was closed. Great! Although I left the information on the booking* website about the approximate time (9-11). I called the hostel number and a guy simply told me to wait for another hour. Welcome dear guests! Bathroom was very dirty. I couldn't force myself to use it. Hostel is very quiet though.

The place is in the heart of the city. Walking distence to everwhere. (Taksim, Tophane, Karaķöy, Eminönü, Tahtakale) very close to Şişli, Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Nişantaşı, Osmaniye. On the other hand this hotel is like a house. Peaceful, silent and stable. Owner if the hotel is there 24/7. He is a very friendly kind man.
