Terrible nights! We have changed 5 rooms. Some of them were with mold, the others were without electricity or with cold water and the air conditioner it didn’t work out. One of the elevator was stocked and the area where it supposed to eat was dirty, you could smell the mold and me we couldn’t eat nothing at all.

( DON’T STAY IN THIS HOFEL EVEN IF ITS FREE OF CHARGE ) I am writing those points about this hotel which is titled as 5 star hotel !!! It’s so funny but is not even one star hotel …. My booking been done by travel agency and I couldn’t change it and couldn’t cancel my booking as it was already paid .. First , the rooms dirty , toilet set cannot set normally as it’s broken from side and you must to balance your self !! Bed and the bed sheet with pillow covers was dirty I asked to change them Room door was broken ( no need to lock the door from inside because no one can open it … Door edge from inside was broken and I fixed it by my self Under the bed ( disaster ) No safe box in the room , you must to keep you valued things in the reception safe box !!!!! The breakfast calls ( open buffet ) I believe my breakfast setup with different types of food in my home more than and better than this hotel . Every single one in the hotel must to pay them tips to do for you something if you asked The reception lady like you are her enemy never smile and answering to your questions by bad way . The bell boy old man I asked him to give me extra toilet paper he asked me for tips first and I give him 20 TL and then proved me !!!! I not recommend anyone one to stay in this hotel

The is the worst hotel ever. It suppose to be 5 stars but to be honest it doesn't deserve 3 stars. The food is awful the stuff as well apart from a nice lady in the reception she helped me providing her own steam iron for my clothes as there is zero services there. The hotel doesn't come up on google map so we were putting another hotel near by as an address in the taxi app. I would never ever think once in my life to visit such a terrible hotel . I can't describe everything because I need to write an article. Thanks, Enjoy staying in Turkey 🇹🇷

Rooms so small like boxes, dirty sheets, lights so dim, air conditioning can only be changed from the lobby. shower gets the water everywhere because no glass door to separate from the toilet. Water is salty ‘dirty water’. Sheets were unclean. Breakfast buffet in the basement, no windows, no fruits or juice, very poor. Worst experience, doesn’t recommend it for anyone please book a better hotel.
