Avoid , we stayed for 4 nights. The sheets were stained and we asked people at reception to change them 3 times and they still didn’t change them. We had to give money to the cleaner so she would change them. The shower was clogged by other people’s hair and they didn’t fix it for 2 days. The breakfast was awful. Before ariving someone who claimed to be from the hotel tried to scam us DONT REPLY TO ANY WHATSAPP MESSAGES Only positive thing about this hotel was the location which was close to the tram station and it only takes 15 minutes to city centre.

Kunlun Kensington hotel is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. I went to Istanbul with my family for a one week trip. The rooms are good, the staff is very polite, cooperative and helpful. BREAKFAST was included, it gives plenty of options to choose from very healthy food variety. All in all, I highly recommend Kunlun hotel to everybody who wants an affordable hotel from where all famous tourist attractions are easy to travel.

Small, basic rooms. Still old clothing and used water bottles found in the cupboards. No towels in room, room service called but no luck there. Service staff did not understand when asked, had to personally go to reception to ask for a towel to take a shower. On the plus side, there is wifi and it was reliable. Balcony was roomy but hot and unattractive with no view - just a smokers enclosure.

Dear All, please be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when you make your reservation via Booking ! If you receive a message via whatsApp/Viber from a person stating that is a senior manager and sharing a link with you to make payment in advance to save your bookings to not be rejected call the hotel immediately ! Do not provide any bank account details, card details or PIN Codes for payment on the internet !!! They are not from the hotel but hackers ! So please be aware and check everything with the hotel in advance ! Be aware, be informed, do not share any personal information/detail, keep yourself informed and inform your Friends & Families !!! Protect and prevent people from becoming victims of scams !!
