Perfect Very warm welcome, very friendly team, small kitchen to make tea or coffee at any time of the day, small s biscuits available, pleasant rooms, very clean, superb location close to very good cafes, ice cream parlor, restaurants, metro and not very far from many centers of interest. Reasonable price The Gracchi Ghest House contributed greatly to our fabulous stay in Rome. In addition, it was easy to leave the luggage after checking out until departure to the airport in order to still enjoy our last day without being weighed down by a suitcase. top I recommend ++

I am booking a room in February 2022. Naturally, I don't expect anything exceptional from a B&B in terms of furnishings, but I demand cleanliness and honesty from the operators. The tents, in addition to being tacky, were very dirty, hygiene is not a strong point of this structure. The most striking thing is that I forgot a new dress in the room, I called the owner who reassured me that he had found it and guaranteed it would be returned to me when I returned to Rome. I return to Rome a month later, I call him the day before to let him know, he hesitates and the next day he doesn't answer the call and dismisses me with a message saying that on a Saturday he can't start looking for a dress. Let's say that customer protection is not a priority for this management. In short, a night in this B&B cost me an arm and a leg..

A good place if you are looking to not pay a lot of money. Without great luxuries, it is in a great area. Certain sections of the bathroom and room could be improved, very clean but somewhat worn. If you are looking for a good price it is 100% recommended. Just below there are several very good cafes.

I call the number I find on the internet to book a stay at this facility and the owner appears as if he was doing us a favor. We arrive at the facility at the time he establishes without worrying about the inconveniences that a person traveling may have. Let's say that on Via De Gracchi in Rome, from experience, there are the same companies at lower prices and with friendlier staff.
