Pleasantly surprised at this last minute find. Hosts very accommodating with check in times and car parking. Room was a little dated but spotlessly clean, comfy bed and fresh towels. Breakfast was lovely and the location was good. Would definitely return as tge hosts were very friendly & helpful

Just spent the weekend at Gracelands, Lovely little find I've already re booked for February's next trip, Great service, lovely team of people. Superb full English breakfast.

Booked a 2 night stay and from the beginning were made to feel welcome by Tony and his team. Safe parking available, Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was freshly cooked and the atmosphere was friendly. Location was only a few minutes walk to anywhere. Nothing was a problem to Tony and his sense of humour had everyone laughing. Great place to stay and will be my first choice next time we visit Blackpool. Fabulous stay. Booked for 1 night with my granddaughter. Amazing hosts gave a wonderful warm welcome. Room was small but comfortable. I was unable to book an ensuite room when i booked but the shared facilities were clean enough. Breakfast was an experience, my veggie tastes were catered for and my granddaughter was highly entertained by Tony's antics. Great location with easy access to all attractions. Parking is provided and I was allowed to leave my car there after checkout while we went to the theatre. I was also allowed access to use the facilities when i returned later that day to collect the car. I will highly recommend Gracelands and will definitely be returning
