I cannot recommend this guesthouse enough. Right from the initial friendly welcome we couldn’t find any fault with either the service or the room itself. The rooms and communal areas are exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The cooked breakfast was incredible. It was always perfectly cooked, tailored to our taste and served quickly. Overall we enjoyed our 5 day stay very much.

Service for Breakfast was great, good location near Blackpool Promenade, Rooms were clean & Comfortable and warm, ensuite shower was a little small for us but addiqate. Door to toilet was not great. But overall great stay. Thanks. 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed over at Walkden house for a couple of nights away for a midweek break at the end of July. The location of the b&b is perfect - just a few moments walk to coral island/tower/seafront. The rooms, while small, were equipped with everything you're likely to need for a short stay and the breakfast was great both in quality and quantity. The owner was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Walkden House.

I'm a give these lads a 5 star ⭐ Very friendly chaps to me the missus and the kids. Perfect location next too all the arcades, central pier and the tower. Room is very big, the decor is really nice, very clean hotel.. been on Holiday two weeks now Blackpool, Rhyl, Southport, Morecambe, Towyn and stayed in at least 10 Hotels. This by far the best.. bars cheap too at £2.50 a bottle ice cold can't grumble.. Will definitely be using this hotel on further stays and I can't recommend it enough 👍
