Very nice room, spacious, 101 was like a small apartment and had everything one would need 👍 The staff was extremely friendly and spoke some English.

The grandpa at the counter is very kind. He always exchanges pleasantries when we come in and out. He also prepares umbrellas to lend to tenants on rainy days. The room is large and has a washing machine in the kitchen, which is very convenient. Although there is no dryer, the drying function in the bathroom can dry clothes in no time. . The only drawback is that the sofa is not very comfortable to sit on and the air conditioner is dusty!

Located a 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station The counter lady was very friendly. Since we were going with 4 people, we booked a room with 4 beds and all the bedding was in good condition. I plan to book again the next time I travel to Nagoya!

My only complaint is that the air conditioner filter in the room was covered in dust. We had children with asthma and house dust allergies, so we were nervous about what we would do if they had an attack, so we couldn't use the air conditioner. The window screens were also covered in dust. The bathroom was not cleaned properly as there was hair falling even before use. There were not enough amenities for the number of people. Other than that, the room was spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were large, so I was able to take a relaxing bath, and it was very comfortable. I thought it would have been better if there were chairs in the bath since there were elderly people there.

The hotel was well-located, with four double beds in one room, a kitchen, and a washing machine, making it a very family-friendly hotel. Also, the middle-aged and elderly men and women at the reception were kind and friendly and loved to talk, so although it was different from the atmosphere at the hotel, I had a great time. I would also like to stay here when I go to Nagoya.
