As a 5stars hotel we had one of the worst experience ever! First they tried to give us normal rooms instead of superiors and after calling our agency for 1 hour they said it was a mistake. Then they made us wait 2 hours after the checking time because the rooms were not clean! Meanwhile the security in the lobby kept giving us orders on not to drink/eat or seat there or do that and they directly disrespect us! The internet connection was awful, the food quality was horrible and no variety at all. You can call it a prison food! We will NEVER go near this hotel ever again!!! 3 starts is even too much

The day I received the room I was delayed an hour later there were no towels in the room after 3 phone calls and after I went down to the lobby they took care of the towels also on the third day they cleaned the room without towels I called the reception twice and only after half an hour the hotel towels arrived medium level + I ordered a massage in the room for 90 minutes, A cute Thai girl came to me and took care of me and gave me a proper massage, her name is Doula. An unforgettable experience. Thanks. recommend… room 901

Beautiful view, large pool, gym, spa. Their breakfast is the best tbh, I didn't try their lunch and dinner. I didn't like their service at the reception, but at the rooms they are good. Definitely recommend for vacation only because you'll not get the full experience for what you paid if you are going for business. Hope you have a good vacation.

The Hotel Room is so comfortable, the food is delicious and rich, the pool is great, there are two pools, One is outside, the other is inside the Hotel and much warmer, they are both on the same floor. All the staff I met was able to speak English, you dont have any communication problem. In One of the comments I read here was telling that the staff dont speak English, I think this isnt true.
