I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Sky Tower Hotel. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, as the floor carpets were visibly dirty and the toilet and bathroom were far from clean. The breakfast options were limited and unsatisfactory. What truly left a bitter taste in my mouth was the rude and disrespectful attitude of the breakfast staff at the entrance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, it falls far short of a 4-star rating and would perhaps be more fittingly ranked as a half-star hotel.

This is by far a very bad hotel, I won't even give it two stars, very bad costumer service, room was windy even though window was closed, I had an arguments with the staff just to change my room, they handed over master keys to hotel residents who had issues with their keys!! Imagine the safety hazard in this! There's no attention to detail at all, you can notice signs that are missing letters or damaged with no effort to fix it, some rooms have signs of attempting to break the lock. The breakfast was okay but The service in the restaurant is extremely unfriendly as you can notice as soon as you try to give your room number. The pool isn't really encouraging, the night club is banging loud all night, I have been in many hotels before, and this one clearly doesn't care about its reputation.

Staff is helpful, location is great, view is wonderful, and food in breakfast is good. However soundproof in rooms shall be enhanced, we were hearing kids shouting in other rooms and loudly music from casino and restaurants till after midnight. Some facilities like bathtub shower and iron table should be maintained.

The vibe and location is great Check in was smooth also check out The room area is excellent and features a floor-to-ceiling glass view along the room with a panoramic view. This was my first stay at sky tower hotel and i had a little issue with the staff So i was making my mind to leave the hotel but when i met a nice helpful (daian) at the reception desk she made me and my wife more than happy . She is professional and knows how to satisfy the guest and because the way she treated us I extended my stay for 8 nights . I really appreciate her for the way she treated us.
