I went with my family for the Polar Express, and we all loved it. The rooms were very nice and the buffet style restaurant was great. The line for the restaurant was quite long, but once we got in, we had a great waiter, and all of the food tasted great. The train experience was really fun (even though the hot chocolate was warned), and the beds were very clean. They even had cold water in the lobby.

The web site does not do it real justice, it’s actually much nicer. I absolutely loved our stay. It started with our reservations, the level of service was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The front counter ladies were warm and It felt like coming home, instead of checking into a hotel. The place was immaculate and very clean. The fireplace in the lobby felt more like a home than in a large greeting area. The grounds were very clean and very well managed. They had just started to put up Christmas decorations so it was magical for us.

We stayed at the RV park. It is real nice. Very clean, with really nice facilities. You can walk to the train station, or to restaurants from the RV park or the hotel. The train ride to the canyon was great. They have food, beverages, and entertainment on the train both going to and coming from the canyon.

We came with the family for the Polar Express 2023. I was expecting chaos but that was not the case. The hotel registration line moved very well considering all the information that is given. Check in was a breeze. The staff were excellent. They were polite and helpful. The decorations though out the property were amazing. Even though it was a quick one night trip the grandchildren loved the whole experience. The staff on the polar express were amazing, entertaining, and very energetic. I don't think they stopped for a second and if they did they may have caught their breath. I would recommend this trip to all.

From the moment we entered, we were welcomed warmly, and given information that was very helpful to us. Places to go places to eat, and he answered all of our questions.... We especially appreciated the driver of the golf cart transportation. Great location for experiencing the train ride to the Grand Canyon... that we TOTALLY LOVED ! We are telling all our friends.
