the best 3 star hotel in batam i think, for the price i paid which is very affordable, this hotel give a comfortable and clean room. also this hotel have gym facility even though i never use it yet. this hotel also located in a strategic area, near to indomaret, bca bank, grand batam mall, food court. and the best part and my most favorite thing about this hotel is the breakfast! im very sure you cant get a better breakfast menu than this hotel serve, im very very sure, just try them. they serve a lot of menu choices and tasty.

The hotel is very good.The buffet breakfast spread also very good.Their services was excelllent from counter staff, cleaners, service crews, securities and especially Ms Elsa, the officer. Thank you for the great service💖

Had a pleasant stay the first time so decided to return to it this time that a new shopping mall- Grand batam mall had opened just across the road. Hotel room is clean and location is good. Walking distance to wet market, local eats, massage places and shopping malls. It is however near a stinky canal so advisable to wear mask when you go out as air quality there is not very good as well. Good to book triple room as we saw some men with local ladies when having the hotel breakfast. Personally, I would prefer to explore other parts of Batam if I come back again in the future as I find that the market and BCS mall look rather tired and outdated compared to the past.

I am so sad of this hotel, first day I check in the room is very heavy cigarettes smell and I call for change to other room. The 2nd room is not a smoking room after I go in to the room, it also smell of cigarettes smell and the best thing is non smoking room but the hotel put in a ashtray for guest to smoke...It makes me feel uncomfortable, this hotel staff works very slow to take action.... The 2 night stay in this hotel make me feel uneasy, uncomfortable, it makes me flu and one side of my nose blocked..... I wish the Management of this hotel take action for the room for future the guest will stay and make it feel clean and comfortable...Your reception counter level 1 staff Della and fida know this, date is 19 July 2023(Wednesday).... My final room is 7801....... Thank you......
