Pretty hotel in a super-central location with a touch of retro class to it. My room (lower price ) was small but well kitted- out. Pleasant, friendly staff. Average breakfast ~ modest fruit selection and there just has to be better quality bread nearby than that bought at present. Too many tisanes and flavoured teas and not enough quality black tea. "Hot water" from the coffee machine is anything but ... why not get a kettle or separate hot water dispenser for the breakfast service? But these are minor quibbles. (And the rooms do have proper kettles.) Pretty Christmas decorations for an early December visit.

lovely hotel, that is close to the tram and the riverfront. the staff have been super nice. Not a French speaker and im not a fan of automatic coffee machines, excellent breakfast choices. we travel hard and the beds were amazing.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel is in a renovated beautiful old building. Staff are incredibly hospitable, always smiling and ready to assist. Satisfying breakfast. Can't beat the location. Tucked away from the main street so you have privacy. However, just a few minutes away from the main street of st. Catherine and other downtown destinations. The hotel made my Bordeaux trip very enjoyable. I will definitely return.

Lovely quiet hotel with comfortable spacious room in good location. It is located on a quiet (mainly) street close to tram lines, cathedral, shopping area and a plethora of restaurants. I liked this hotel very much. Our first floor room (#104) was comfortable with a spacious bathroom (twin sinks) and comfortable king bed. It had a double door which opened to overlook the street. We didn’t need it but there was a heat pump/AC. The breakfast was good value with a wide variety of options and delicious coffee. I highly commend the staff. The reception staff were friendly, polite, efficient and helpful- especially given our lack of French :( Merci beaucoup, Mademoiselles!
