This hotel was a complete surprise. Clean rooms, large rooms with kitchenettes and refrigerators.. we were staying in suite affair .. very friendly receptionists, always with smiles. Location is central only 15 minutes by foot to downtown. 5 minutes from train station with direct bus route to airport. The only thing that I would like to be fixed .. it would be the lightbulbs , I would like more light ..so more watts in lightbulbs .. but generally all Bordeaux has low lights..

I had a late flight and was worried after having read a few reviews about the late check in procedure not being clear enough, as the reception is only opened for a few hours. However, I must say that I was wrong and it all went well. The hotel sent me the same day all instructions on how to access my room keys and provided me with an emergency number in case I had any issues. Once there, I followed the instructions they provided and it was very straightforward. The room was quite big, like a studio, and a big positive of it was that it had a small kitchen with a small fridge and freezer as well as cutlery. It also had quite a lot of sockets which was really appreciated. It is also located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise coming from outside. Overall it was a good experience and even tho the hotel wasn't located right in the centre of Bordeaux it had public transport connections 4 minutes away from the hotel which made it easy to get to the most important places.

Deliberately setting a time limit, deliberately not telling passengers, and then refusing to check in and refund money is a scam! terrible place like hell. He didn't mention at all on the booking website that check-in time is only until 8pm! Only until 8 o‘clock! And he wrote have self-check-in service is provided, but when I checked with the booking website, they said that this service is not available. And it was written on the wall on site that if you arrive after closing time, please call to notify us. When I called, the other party said that it was closed and you could not check in. What makes me angry is that if he had told me that the latest check-in time was 8 o’clock, I would never have made the reservation, but he didn‘t say that. And since check-in is completely unavailable after closing, why do you need someone to call? Are you kidding the tourists? Finally they said I wasn't going to check in and refused to refund. But the truth is, they refused to let me check in

I got bed bug bites! I stayed here for two weeks. The breakfast was good in the mornings. The room is small, some have tiny freezers some don't. It was incredibly hot! No air-conditioning, which is pretty normal from France but most hotels I've stayed in had air-conditioning. The bed bug bites were along my arm area in a zig zag line. Originally I thought they were mosquito bites. They didn't appear till later in my stay after someone changed my sheets.
