Happy to have had another wonderful stay at the Vernet. Considering how central of a location it's in, I would comfortably describe it as a hidden gem. The room sizes are big for Paris and everything you would expect in a 5-star hotel is delivered -- exceptional service, comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and amazing soundproofing. This was my second time staying for business and it is such a relief after a stressful, long day to come back to the Vernet where everything is calm, comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay somewhere special while they're in Paris.

I am a firm believer that a 5 star hotel is all about the quality of the people above all things. Hotel Vernet is a delightful hidden gem in the heart of Paris. We stayed there in the midst of Fashion Week and it felt like we were staying with friends/family. First - it is a fabulous location right off the Champs Elysee. Second, it is a beautiful property that is made to host photo shoots. Third, the food and service are excellent. But above all, the people are just tremendous. From the valet, concierge, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to the management team, these are just genuinely nice people committed to giving you a 5 star experience. They were so much fun, we missed them after we left! They will always be my first choice when visiting Paris.

Our stay at the hotel started out a bit rough due to some misunderstanding but the hotel was very generous and solved the issue. The hotel manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite due to the inconvenience. The hotel staff is very lovely and accommodating. And upon check in when we mentioned we were on a baby moon we received a lovely gift for our baby. The hotel rooms are spacious, especially for Paris, but could use more lighting in the rooms. The location is very close to the main attractions you would want to visit in Paris. Once the issue was solved, we are enjoying our current stay in the hotel, and hope to be back soon.

My family were lucky enough to stay at the Hotel Vernet for 4 nights during a holiday in Europe. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. The Vernet has an excellent location only a short work to the Champs Elysees. The room and facilities were all beautifully appointed, it has the style and class that you are looking for in Paris. The service was exceptional, front desk, restaurant and especially the concierge who very knowledgeable but also helpful and friendly. Honestly, I can't think of a better hotel experience. Well done to the team at Signature hotels and thank you Hotel Vernet for making our time in Paris that much more special.

This hotel is super special. Everything from greeting to check in to breakfast/bar/dinner is excellent. When we checked in our luggage was promptly taken upstairs, concierge took up upstairs personally and explained how everything works in the room. Next day when we mentioned that the slanted ceiling in the room caused me a bump on my head we were immediately transfered to another room. We didn't even expect it. When we were leaving for dinner concierge gave us a wonderful recommendation for our dinner. I also have to mention that we came to Paris for our 20th wedding universary and when we came to our room a huge surprise was waiting for us. Our room was beautifuly decorated (see pictures) I would definitely come back to this hotel. Exceptional service that makes feel like home in Paris
