We loved our stay at Grand Hyatt Amman! The breakfast was phenomenal and had a lot of variety. As globalists, we had lounge access on the 9th floor. The lounge had wonderful views of the city and had an impressive dinner service starting at 6 pm. The gym has all the equipment you need. Everything was perfect except for the valet who demanded more tip because we apparently didn’t tip him enough. We just started parking on the street.

1st time staying in this hotel and won't be the last. This hotel had the wow factor. Family really enjoyed it. The service, including the facilities, was just 5*. Highly recommend this place.

Top notch hotel used by a lot of tour companies, including the one I used. Breakfast buffet variety was superb. Club floor concierge had an excellent selection of small bites from 5-8pm making dinner almost un-necessary.

Spent 4 nights at this Hyatt. Check in was great, fast and appreciated being allowed into the room early as our international flight arrived in the morning. The service at the restaurant was lacking, coffee was not brought to us even when we asked the servers. They just pointed you to the machines. We stayed at Dubai Hyatt with amazing service from servers. I was looking for water while sitter at public place and the server said it will cost me 5 Dinar if he brings me water, those are the rules yet few steps away there was free detox water. It felt the staff did not want to serve non Arabic speaking customers in the restaurant and in the lobby. We really enjoyed the Jordabian coffee server in the evening in the lobby, he took pride in his job and culture. The day time coffee server was not friendly at all and we had to ask him for the Jordanian coffee. He seem not interested at all to serve the customers. Overall, good hotel but I would probably not be back to Amman Hyatt. The Hyatt standards do lack but we have really enjoyed our Hyatt experience in the other cities.
