Grand Hyatt Bogotá is a beautiful modern hotel with excellent service. If you're looking for an American standard, this hotel will live up to your expectations, at a price for half or 1/3 what you'd pay in the states. The view from the restaurant is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Lunch menu is Japanese. The smoked salmon roll came in glass dome, literally smoked. The pork gyoza was very good. Get the dessert tray offering 4 different desserts, smaller versions of the single portions, it is so good. The hot tea was very good, I had two pots.

Stayed in the King suite and WOW. So much space. Beautiful view of the Andes. Awesome bathroom/ shower and two toilets! Incredible value. King club happy hour and snacks at happy hour were top notch. Room service was great value, tasty, and offered 24 hours. About 10 mins from airport, easy to schedule Uber for pick up. Accommodating staff and beautiful interior Monstera garden and jaw-dropping outside views Can’t say enough great things about this place.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided top-notch service, always attentive and friendly. The room was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and dining options, exceeded my expectations. The hotel was great. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. The gym was nice and so was the swimming pool. Breakfast wasn't too good though. When we visit Bogota, usually once every few years, we would stay at either the Four Seasons or the Hyatt. The three star is for the lack of safety. I cut my arm from walking in the hotel hallway. There are sharp edges at the end of each corridor by the elevators. Hotel staff should round off the edges or put something soft there. It's dangerous for kids and adults. Someone could seriously hurt themselves (see pictures).

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Bogotá. It feels safe, great restaurant options and the bakery was great. Maiyda our server during our breakfast is an amazing server. She was so tentative and caring. She made us feel so welcomed and I want to acknowledge her great customer service. Henderson who was overseeing our issue with in room dining was also a great person. We had a little hiccup with our last meal in our room and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great meal. He even brought a balloon for our child which made her so happy. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
