We spent 3 nights here. The positives: location about 15 min from the airport, beautiful outdoor and indoor pool, set just at the right temperature. Gym: fantastic , clean, modern equipment. Our hotel package includes buffet breakfast and dinner. This is the most glaring issue, for the reputation of this brand, we do expect good buffet. The menu is more or less the same each day. Dinner menu is low quality, kids food such as pizza, pasta ( like basic Mac n cheese), chips and nuggets ( who serve this for adults??), the dessert is dry cakes that have been pre-cut. Dry waffles and pancakes… shall I go on? I have not mentioned the room, is small for 3 people, another thing, there’s construction happening near the pool. See photo. Would we stay here again? Not before the construction finishes and definitely will not get the meal package.

We were highly impressed by the breakfast service, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. We would rate the restaurant service 5/5. However, our experience with the front office was disappointing. Despite requesting a room with a city view and two queen beds, we were provided with twin beds. After requesting a change to a room with one king bed, we were upgraded but had no city view, and the shower had a water leak. Despite complaining twice, the issues were not resolved. During checkout, there was no acknowledgment or apology. We intended to rate the front office 3/5, especially considering the staff member at the reception during check-in and checkout

If you want a good laugh, read the negative reviews people live. It shows more about their entitlement than the service of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. There was a mistake made but the restaurant sous chef (March 2023) and Director of Food and Beverage more than made up for their error. The service is spectacular. Well done to the entire team here. The grounds are spotless, rooms immaculate, and service is 6 star.
