Overall just a really awful place. Stayed here for 5 months.. Was not much else available, but wouldn’t recommend others to ever come. - Rooms are super outdated; last renovated in 2004. Super dark, old furniture. There’s mold in the bathroom, toilets are leaking. Forget abt watching TV, unless you have a collection of DVDs with you. Windows are super dirty, so that you can barely look outside. - Cleaning.. There is none. They really do nothing. They clean your kitchen with the same cloth that they go over the floor with (no joke). The rooms are dirty, dusty.. The windows are so dirty you can’t see outside. There’s mold in the toilet. - Facilities are poor. They charge you extra and then close the pool for 1.5 months, tons of construction and noise. Besides that, you can’t even stay 1 min longer at the pool after sunset, because the guys kick you out right away.. Really poor place tbh. Avoid.

Rooms are very dated, last reno was 2004, rooms need an upgrade/decorating as they look dirty and old, our room had an unpleasant smell when other guests were cooking or smoking in their rooms which I didnt like. For ease and direct routes its a good location, staff were lovely, house keeping came everyday and replenished our towels, coffees, unsure whether they actually cleaned the floor as it was always dirty, hotel staff were always happy to help with my morning coffee delivery, pool doesnt get much sunlight either.

Horrible hotel, don't go there. It's a shame to name this as a Rotana hotel.. Very deceiving!! The rooms, or studios, are super old . They look very dirty and run-down. All cabinets, walls, doors etc are all super dirty, it's gross to touch actually. Price is super expensive for the quality and location, it's shocking? The area is really bad, there is nothing there. Everything is under construction. You always need a taxi everywhere, nothing to see.. There are better options even just nearby!

I cannot help myself sharing my experience with this place since it has been only misery and disgust since the beginning. I believe you all have an understanding about “cleaning” - how to do it, what is clean and what is not. But absolutelt Rotana Park Apartments employees and management do not. I swear i am not an obsessed person with cleaning, but even this is not bearable for me. The room floor is ALWAYS in dust despite they “clean” every week three times. I saw how they clean it, either their machine is not working, or they are blind. I wanted them to mop it, they just drop on the floors a bit of their sticky cleaning liquid and that’s it. The kitchen is in dust and rust - you cannot even turn on and off the buttons because the buttons are not moving because of the rust. You want to use the cupboards, oven, or cooking area? Good luck if you do not throw up. I have been staying here for the last 5 months and i still did not have the courage to touch the oven (true story). Generally i work when day clean, so i look at the afterwards with a hope of cleanliness, but dissappointment every time. One day, i was at home when they were cleaning, and i saw them cleaning my toilet closet, and immediately organizing my towels and touching other areas with the same gloves, with all the dirtyness of toilet. They use the same mop for bathroom and kitchen. Afterwards i told them to NEVER touch my kitchen. I could write here million things like it. A complete disgust. Ah, cherry on the top, i wake up every day with some disgusting food smell, and i have it during the day, heavy garlic, curry… even when writing this i want to throw up. This is an hopeless place. So sad.

I booked this hotel appartment for 14 nightst and paid 10,033 AED for my daughter who came from London, we already stayed here 2 times before my daughter don't want to saty but deu to its near my home I booked which is my biggest mistake, from the beginning one of the receptionist was not very polite but in a sense ignorance towards me.Room furniture was very old dated and bed room smell curry all the time after complaints nothing is done about it fly and insects in the room all over our stay. The biggest issue came that the day we were checking out I informed the same receptionist I think his name is Alla, at 9am that we are checking iur at 11 am, he said all ok nothing to pay all paid ok for check out, same after our checking out my daughter flown to Longon and I receive a call from Mr, Alla next day 30 hours after our check out from this hotel that there is some scratches on hall room TV screen and you have to pay for this 3000 AED, my grand children are from London and very well behave kids never touch any thing apart from lots of toys they had, house keeping coming every day to clean no one notice I dint notice all of sudden after our check out this complaints from Mr, Alla why he dint or any one from hotel come and check every thing our room that all ok nothing is missing or damaor.WHY they dint check before we leave our appartment. This very unprofessional attitude and rude of hotel staff or management to call me who knows which TV they will show me with scratches when I am not there and 30 hours after our check out.
