The hotel surpassed my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness. The staff was not only helpful but also kind and humble. The room's interior design and colors were truly amazing. What stood out the most was its convenient location, close to various attractions and with a nearby metro station. I highly recommend it.

Celebrated my son’s 1st Birthday. It was a blast. Food was delicious yet affordable. Staffs were very accommodating from the time we visit and did the ocular of the place which happened 3x to the event. Very satisfied with the staff. As well as the manager.

The hotel was super clean, roomy and comfortable rooms with nice colors interiors. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the AC in the middle of the night, we called the reception and a technician came immediately and worked hard to fix the problem although it was 3am. We highly appreciated the prompt service. They also have 24h room service. The location in Al Jaddaf was very appealing for us as we has our car and we were able to go everywhere easily.

To Vishal and Fusion restaurant team, I would really like to thank all of you guys who helped us yesterday during my son's 1st birthday. Firstly, the food was amazing! It all delicious and overflowing ❤️ Secondly, the place was well set up. And it's an inviting place to hold a party. And lastly, for the great service. From the moment we arrived for the set up, for helping us during set up, for providing all our requests, for all your teams adjustments to changes, for the great sounds and multimedia, for assisting all our guests with courtesy and kindness, also for being just available throughout the event, especially during dinner time, for not failing to attend the food and making sure that everyone is comfortable, and of course for not losing your smiles even when we almost took your time and almost extending our allotted time. We are more than grateful to you and your team. We will definitely recommend S19 Hotel Fusion Restaurant to our friends and will even return on our next events.
