Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. We were immediately greeted as we arrived via taxi at the hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The reception area is very grand and beautiful. You immediately feel that you are getting a 5 star treatment. Reception and concierge staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is the only thing that we felt could be a bit nicer. It's a bit dated. Felt more like a 1990s 5-star hotel room. Restaurant choices are pretty good and the gym is super well equipped. The hotel is connected to a mall and had plenty of food options. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited for a 5 star hotel and on one of the days there was a line to get in which might have been due to lack of staff. We wouldve given this a 5/5 if the rooms were a bit more modern. Great experience nonetheless.

At the Grand Hyatt French Kitchen buffet, we had a pleasant experience. There was no waiting required, and even without a reservation, we easily found a seat. The General Manager took the time to interact with us, which added a personal touch to the dining experience. The buffet had a smaller selection, but the quality of the food was commendable. What stood out was the inclusion of unique fruits like plums and cherries, which is a rarity among other buffets. However, it's important to note that for a group of five people, our bill amounted to 26,000 yen for the breakfast buffet, and there were some unexpected additional charges. While the cost was relatively high, the overall quality and the uncommon fruit selection made it a memorable breakfast outing.

Absolutely loved staying here! The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff and service were excellent! The pool and hottub was great after a long day of walking in the city. The hotel is connected to a mall and the subway which was convenient. There's plenty of places to eat, shop, and clubs/bars within a few minutes of walking. Will definitely stay here for all my travels to Tokyo

Luxury hotel conveniently located next to the tube station in Roppongi. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Beautiful style, comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Concierge service was ok: one person only was totally useless telling us it was impossible to find a table at any restaurant but the hotel (without even trying), but his colleague when we asked again the day after gave us a couple of options.
