It's a good hotel. Simple and clean, rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are good but a bit old, they need a little bit of maintenance. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location for shoppers, as it's near shops, markets, banks, restaurants and money exchange. But they have to consider a better access to the hotel, especially for elderly people or people with large baggage, as you need to take the steps to reach it. Overall it was a good atmosphere.

The hotel was very very nice. Everything is great. The rooms very clean . The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom very clean and newly. The service was very great and staffs were very kind and lovely people. When I back to Istanbul again, I will book in this hotel inshallah ❤️. A lot of love for the staffs and all the workers ❤️.

Very clean hotel. Situated in a quite area in the very busy neighborhood of Fatih. Breakfast was simple and not much to choose from. Staff were efficient and friendly. I would definitely give a 5 star to this hotel if access was easy as you need to climb 45 steps with your luggage to get to the hotel and that wasn't stated in their add on Agoda which is a big misleading and very inconvenient going up every time you get back to the hotel. If you are unfit or travelling with kids or with big luggage then I highly recommend you to avoid this hotel and choose from the many others available in the area
