DO NOT BOOK Reina hotel, Lola hotel or Laila hotel! They all fail to meet even minimum sanitary standards and are scammers. Regardless of which hotel you book, they will accommodate you in any of these hotels, so read reviews of all of them. We booked a triple room at Reina hotel and were accommodated at Lola hotel. The were two good things about the room: location and a kettle that works (no mugs anyway). Everything is the room was either broken or dirty and broken. The main problem was hygiene. No blankets were provided, bed linen had a lot of stains, all the surfaces were dirty and full of dust and mold. They were doing a daily cleaning that was nothing more than making a bed. They even lifted dirty towels off the floor to put them on the bed again instead of changing them. The bed was broken too, with a U-shaped mattress. We left after 3 days after having booked them for 6 days. The guy at the reception didn't have any objections about sanitary claims and told us that we would be refunded by Agoda. We left. Unfortunately, when we reached out to Agoda, they failed to negotiate a refund with the hotel as the hotel disagreed with the refund.

For me the hotel near the main locations and allot of the things you want to see you can walk to it within 10 min...even to Turkish baths and restaurants...its have a great wiew from the top and also near to harbour and if you have good physics then the mountain claiming should not be a problem.......not noisy...the rooms are oki and if you dont like it you can change it without ekstra charges....they somehow mistaken with our rooms and still they helped us to change it and gave us free breakfast which is lovely with turkey tea....the staff are very friendly and informative and they do not try to sell us everything....they know the places where to buy cheap and best stoff. And they have taxi/wagon service too...there's staff speaks, English, Arabic and Turkish...and please remember also to give them tips for there good service....just love you all and i hope to see you all again in the future...inshallah...

Nice boutique hotel on excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Sultanahmet square, rooms are average, clean but not too spacious, beds are not comfortable, staff is very kind, there is elevator in hotel...the best of this hotel is terrace on the roof with beautifull view on Bosphorus...

A nice hotel to rest in, quite close to the center. The room was really nice, shower beautiful and hot water at any time. AC in the room was working great even though it was leaking some water along the wall. Breakfast was included but we left too early to try it. The room was clean. In termes of price it is ok. Beware of the roads, you have to have some legs here as the streets are going up and down all over the place.
