Brilliant staff, very friendly. Clean and excellent food. Really could not fault the hotel at all. From the bar staff to management everyone is great. Facilities are really great and the snorkelling is the best I have ever seen.

Good things: territory, beautiful home reef (with lifeguards at all times), staff really nice and attentive, but not intrusive, clean well looked-after rooms. Main disappointment was food, which seemed to be canteen-like, grill was very poor in terms of choice, desserts were of the same plain taste just different colours. However, fresh orange juice was available unlimited, good coffee machine, not bad beer and white wine, soft drinks in the cans and good selection of other boxed juices. All staff is really well behaved and trying their best to please their guests without being intrusive, special thank you for the beach restaurant manager and the team, the venue is managed exceptionally well. The hotel felt very safe and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a welcome tray with fruits, juice, bread, cheese, and charcuterie, especially as we missed the first dinner due to a late check-in. The coral beach was stunning, and the variety of shows and entertainment throughout the day added to the overall experience. The food was generally good, with some days standing out more than others. One suggestion for improvement is to inform guests in advance about the option to purchase excursions and activities. We were unaware of this and ended up booking our excursion online in the UK, only to discover that prices were better at the hotel and offered more security. It would have been helpful to receive an email after booking, informing us about the availability of on-site activities, allowing us to make more informed decisions during our stay.
