Hotel is OK, no high expectations should be made. Staff is doing good job to accommodate everyone whereas they are scamming people whenever they have the opportunity. As fx: a taxi outside the hotel costs 6-8$ to get to point X and back, the price that the hotel staff will ask you to pay to get to the same location is 40$, same with all sort of services. Not only me as a customer paid decent amount of money to book a stay in the hotel, they’d also try to scam you. Wi-Fi is extremely poor. Ok for the price paid, but there is place for improvement.

I stayed 2 nights and can notice that in general the hotel is good, especially the service (helpful). But I feel so sad that I was infected with scabies there 😞 At the beginning I thought that I have mosquito bites, but when I reached home I was diagnosed with scabies. And now I am under the treatment 😞 I have the guessing that the towels hadn't been that clean...

Spent family Christmas here (been here twice previously, before kids). Excellent value overall, hardly any fellow English tourists (nice!), mostly Russian Ukrainian and some Italians. Food very good but would not rate Italian restaurant at all (very poor). Onsite Indian restaurant very good general buffet very good. Outdoor music was too loud, particularly by the pool with the waterslide. (Attached pic shows the view from that pool having to stare at a yuck wall. Main pools were also not tested and were effectively closed (this was a big disappointment) Beach was great, great view and easy access to the sea over the coral. We didn’t leave the hotel all week! Would return again for the price we paid.

Super Resort. Super friendly and kind staff, beautiful sea, several swimming pools, both for families and for adults only and many other services. Clean and tidy rooms every day. Very well equipped Spa and gym: great masseurs! The food is excellent, there is a wide choice and a very attentive and helpful Chef coordinates everything, always ready to satisfy guests' requests. There are several restaurants inside the Resort, we tried the Indian one: really excellent! A special thanks to Magdi, who has become our trusted bartender and friend. By Italiani 🇮🇹
