Disappointed with the Hotel's Lack of Accountability My brother recently stayed at Savoy Hotel, in room 3110, and unfortunately, his experience was marred by an incident that left him feeling disappointed and frustrated. This incident happened today, 29 of January 2024. During his stay, he discovered that an amount of money was missing from his room. Before going to breakfast he counted his money and left at 9 AM and when he came back around 10 AM and started to pack for leaving, he counted again and unfortunately an amount of money was missing. What compounded his disappointment was the fact that no one from the hotel staff reached out to him regarding this matter. While we understand that incidents can happen, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of their guests' belongings. As a guest, we expect a certain level of accountability and transparency from the hotel when such incidents occur. It is essential for the hotel to promptly investigate and address any issues related to theft or missing belongings. Unfortunately, this did not happen in his case. We would like to emphasize that the overall service and amenities provided by the hotel were satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout his stay. However, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding the missing money leaves this situation with a sense of unease and uncertainty about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and security. I hope that the management of Savoy hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

This hotel is in a perfect location, the private beach is very convenient. The lifeguard ayad was very helpful, he put the towels out on the bench and cleaned our sunglasses for us. Excellent customer service and we felt very welcome with our stay. 10/10 The beach bar was great with food options. Savoy hotel is best location Oh thank you

It is one of the best hotels that you will ever stay in. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated and designed. There are lots of pools and only a stone throw away from its very own beach. Food options are excellent, too. Very peaceful and quiet location. Highly recommended. Will not disappoint. Soho Square, a 5 minute walk away, caters to almost ALL your needs!

Such a memorable experience if I could give you 10 stars I would. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful but in the same time professional. Our housekeeper made our stay very special thank you ( taher ) the hotel is a 5 star service with a beautiful view beautiful seaside beautiful swimming pools and wonderful food. We stayed in room 1121 with such a beautiful sea view. I was amazed of the cleanliness. Is very close to soho square. I definitely recommend and I will be back one day!!

Excellent facility, cleanliness and location. The room was excellent, and kept fresh and clean. Odd hours throughout our stay, as all beach access and pools closed in the late afternoon, along with all poolside restaurants. The best part of the facility is the oceanfront and view, but it was often closed. We arrived at 5PM to find everything closed and had to leave the resort to find food. Food and drinks were ok, but not great.
