Absolutely horrible. The cost for the room is extremely high for the value. The room was so dirty and no towels. There was hair in the bed, and it had honestly just not been cleaned. That was not the worst part. The service in the reception was very rude and disrespectful. They got annoyed and just addressed us very unpleasantly. Besides that the check out time is 1 pm, which was clear in the booking confirmation and on the wall above reception. At 12:30 a man came knocking angry at the door and pointing at his watch. He was upset that we had not checked out yet. The attitude was not nice. All in all just a very bad experience, and I if I had know I would never have booked. 0/5 stars

Backpacked for 6 months. By far the most expensive accommodation so far, which is fine, but also easily the rudest staff and worst experienses so far, which is sad. (And I've stayed everywhere) Not clean, no towels, no proper service, staff seems mad at costumers... and so on. They rushed us to sign papers, and was mad when we took some time to read the papers. And staff knocked on the door and was mad that we weren't checked out at 12:29 p.m. when check-out is at 1:00 p.m. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews, but today i am

I booked the hotel months in advanced for my trip. When I arrived there after hours of flight and ready for check in, the guy in reception tell me there is no room for me. When I ask the reason for this situation, he replied that it is because we booked it a long time ago and the customers using the room refuse to leave. Isn’t that if I book the room a long time ago, you will have more time to prepare the room or evict the previous customer? How ridiculous this hotel is!!’
