I literally got a false alarm saying there was fire... it turned out it was just small smoke, seriously??? Me and my Family were terrified and got disturbed... Overall the hotel is good and very nice. Staff are great and sweet. We stayed here for atleast a day, and they literally had a sewing kit and great necessities here! I was happy to find the sewing kit so I could stitch my broken stuffed animal. Great place.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel, and I'm sad to say that my experience left a lot to be desired. The primary reason for my disappointment was a persistent bathroom leak issue. From the moment I checked in, I noticed the bathroom had a leak that not only created an unpleasant odor but also rendered the room uncomfortable. I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff, and a technician was sent to investigate. Despite their attempts, including the replacement of the shower head, the leak persisted, and the problem remained unresolved. Regrettably, the hotel was unable to offer a solution that would allow me to continue my stay in a comfortable and safe environment. Consequently, I had to leave earlier than planned, resulting in an unused night for which I was not refunded. I want to emphasize that the hotel staff was courteous, and the service was satisfactory aside from this issue. However, the persistence of the bathroom leak and the inability to address it effectively left me with no other choice but to check out early. I am sharing this review in the hope that the management of Grand Villaggio Hotel takes this feedback seriously. While I appreciate the effort to address the problem promptly, the lack of a lasting solution and the absence of a refund for the unused night left me dissatisfied with my stay. I believe that a comfortable and safe environment is paramount when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope the hotel management can take steps to rectify these issues and ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests. I have tried to contact them through their online forum and their email but couldnt reach them.

I advise you to avoid this hotel if you value your peace and comfort. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel has two noisy clubs on the upper floors that play loud music all night long. The walls are paper-thin and I could not sleep at all. I was on the 12th floor and I felt like I was in the middle of a rave. The hotel did not warn me about this when I booked. I think this is very dishonest and disrespectful to the guests. I will never stay here or with this chain again.
