Very good location. Walking distance to all cafes, restaurants, bus station and the travel agencies. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and it's been quite good. The best of the hotel, without doubt, is the terrace. Having breakfast there every morning has been my favourite moment. My room was comfy, with all your need for your stay although it was a little bit small. Great and helpful staff.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were cosy and clean, the bed linen was perfect. We enjoyed the magnificent terrace where we had breakfast while admiring the view of the town and the mountains. The pool was also very clean. It was great to take a dip in the cool water after long walks in the area. The staff were very helpful and always attentive. We hope to come back to Goreme soon and will stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a fantastic welcome! Me

Fantastic place to stay near to everything and staff are all friendly. Get up early 5-6 am and go to roof top .. you might touch one of the hot air balloon basket. And great view to watch the balloon from ground. Only down side wifi not strong. Btw it got a pool so have a dip after day tour. Breakfast is delicious and I didn’t experience those bad experiences from the other reviews. Nice n quiet wit aircon. Room can be bit outdated that’s all.

This hotel looks far better in the picture than when in person. Firstly, don’t expect air conditioning as there is only a fan….evenings are cooler but you’d expect more from your hotel than just a fan. Great location as it’s on the heart of the main small town. Staff can be hit and miss as some were very helpful where others look at you giving evil looks. The room I was located was very cramped, you couldn’t swing a cat in it - talking of cats, expect lots of meows to keep you awake at night, especially if your room is located on the ground level. Decor is outdated and the bathroom could do with a little modernisation. Decent value for money but more cons than pros.

The hotel had holes in the walls and dusty. Our room didn’t feel safe and secure at all as windows would open wide enough for people to jump in and we was on the ground floor we tried to book another hotel but everything was fully booked and asked for another room but they was also fully booked, The French doors were locked but not secure at all as you can easily pull and push it creating a gap, we noticed our windows had no metal bars like other rooms which caused us not to sleep at night feel anyone can come in and you can hear creaking of doors at night. Our second morning sleep was interrupted (considering we barely slept at night? by someone drilling and when mentioned to the hotel they acted like they never heard anything even though it was extremely load! The reception guy was very unwelcoming and annoyed at being asked question. The bed was rock hard and cause us back pain and sheets had stains and when we told them they said that’s didn’t come. Our after washing the room smelled, there was a hole in the ceiling above the bed with a pipe running down you can hear the water trickling down above your head. The reception guy confronted us and asked why didn’t complain to him but we didn’t feel comfortable speaking to him about it and when we did he brushed it off and said the holes in the wall was for ventilation and didn’t take us serious at all.
