First time visitors to Gstaad and we left having had a great experience - the hotel team were friendly, welcoming and most importantly pro-active. The operation runs smoothly which makes relaxing so much easier, and although the evening meal in the restaurant was only 4/10 (very basic and quite tasteless) on the first night, by the end of our stay we had almost forgotten this in the other positives

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. This time we stayed for 2 days. From welcome drink to the complimentary drop to the railway station – everything was just wonderful. The rooms are neat, cozy and of good size. The best is the view from the balcony which was just amazing. Breakfast was abundant with wide varieties – also they served hot eggs/omelets/bacon from the kitchen. The railway station and the promenade was just 7-8 min walk. We would highly recommend this hotel to all tourists.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. We had a junior Alpine suite, which being an elderly couple wanting space and comfort, was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage space, enough to even camp there for a few weeks if necessary! The hotel is in a quiet location, a few steps from the pedestrian zone. The underground parking was great. As we used the Gstaad guest card for travelling around free on public transport, we didn’t use the car at all during our stay. The breakfast was very good and varied. Any hot food had to be ordered which was excellent and meant not having to scoop out luke-warm eggs from a serving bowl like in certain other hotels. We had room service one evening as we wanted to eat in our room. Our order arrived spot on the hour we had requested and the food was delicious. We also had drinks during an afternoon in the garden and one evening in the bar which was very pleasant. A special thanks to the friendly woman serving in the bar who made me a deliciously refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail ! Many thanks also to the personnel at the reception who were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly recommend this hotel and if ever again in Gstaad we know where we’ll be staying !

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience! We arrived late (at 1 in the morning or close to it) but the night worker welcomed us so politely and with open arms! He noticed that we where tired and thirsty so he immediately before doing the check in he gave us fresh orange juice so we could cold off. He carried all our bags to our room and even parked our car in the garage.He was very polite and respectful. So special thanks to that young man who serve us very professionally and respectfully when we arrived after a stressful trip. The room was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated, we specially enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains! We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was impeccable. In terms of quality/price this restaurant is a great choice. The best place we ate so far in Switzerland. And we visited many places already. We will definitely come back again! Gstaad is so beautiful and we will come back in the winter!
