My family and I came to this beautiful resort and made unforgettable memories together with having an amazing experience. This hotel is one of my favourites for a ski trip since it is very close to the main mountains, together with being close to the centre of the town and shops/facilities, making it very practical and efficient. Just its looks already make it luxurious. Snowfall is frequent making any snow sports very accessible. The service was outstanding, their food and menu had large variation and was very delicious in general. Their bar had an amazing and breathtaking view of their yard and town. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly which is very appreciated. Their facilities like sauna, pools, kids club, cinema and great rooms provided a lot of entertainment even if you weren’t planning on going out of the area. Their rooms were spacious with just the right features. One of the bests hotels to stay at for a vacation especially in Switzerland, not too far from Zurich or Geneva. We have come here around 4 times and enjoyed every moment of our stay. My rating would have exceeded 5 stars.

Lovely hotel with a lot of personality, the whole team is kind and reactive, beautiful spa, beautiful rooms, a quiet place where you would love to spend a couple of days to relax. The biggest concern I see is relative to the breakfast : all the bakery products are awful 😢 On the other hand the eggs made on demand are absolutely delicious, as well as the different hams and cheeses !

Love this hotel. We’ve been four or five times since it opened. The spa is outstanding and the addition of the outdoor hot tub is great. The massages are great. Love the Hanford toiletries in the room and the treats before bed. Bed is very comfy. We had an issue this last time with noise as my husband is a light sleeper and we happened to be above the club. They moved him into a different room for the night (we were heavy sleepers and slept right through). We didn’t have the issue again. Wish the kids club went for an extra year as it would be convenient. It ends at age 5 which means ski school for kids most mornings. Overall love this hotel though. Would be a great one for a girls weekend in the off-season because of the spa.

To give you a glimpse of how good and memorable our stays are at this hotel we keep coming back around 6 times in the span of 5 years. The service is immaculate. The restaurant whether you’re dining there or ordering room-service is an absolute work of art. Every dish is excellent without any exception. The rooms are extremely well furnished and comfortable. The spa experience is very unique and special. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Gstaad.
