We were at apartment at Via della Giuliana 18- excellent apartment in very center of Rome, and at the same time facing the internal garden-so no noise during the night. All amenities were there, very well designed, comfortable beds, basically perfect for a visit in Rome for family with children! Marco was always available on whatsapp, and was very efficient in answering questions. On a taxi to airport- small hint, to profit for a fixed by city of Rome price (works within Aurelian walls), book it from an address 1 block closer to Vatican. Via Leone 127 for example. It is a 2 minutes walk, but will save you ~20 euro. I used an app Wetaxi to book the taxi - it was showing correct prices - by meter it was showing from della Giuliana 18 the price of 50 euro, 2 minutes walk to Via Leone (cross the traffic light direction Vatican) and it is 31 euro fixed to Ciampino Airport. So move the departure point 1 block closer to Vatican and enjoy :)

When my family arrived at the hotel, we waited outside for over 10 minutes to get let in. It was difficult as they had to buzz us through 2 doors and the lady in charge would not respond to our texts (we ended up having to pay to call her because there was no response). When we got inside, the first thing we noticed was how hot it was in the room. We turned on the air conditioning unit, which was very weak. It took over 3 hours for the room to cool down to the point where we could sleep. The pictures that are shown are not accurate as our room looked nothing like what we had imagined it would; DO NOT BE DECEIVED. The hair dryer did not really work and there was dust everywhere. The WIFI does not even reach into the room and you have to stand right next to the door to get any signal. I guess you get what you pay for, but I would recommend shelling out a few extra dollars to find somewhere more comfortable to stay. It is a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast is a single croissant, a shot of coffee, and half a glass of orange juice. You get pretty sick of it after the second day.

Stay away. AWFUL customer service. Traveled with my two kids, AC was not working and they did not help. All the wanted was their money, and keep asking about payment. Had to leave the place because our bedroom as extremely hot and they did not help. My kids could not fall asleep. They became VERY rude after I told them I was not happy about the service and that I should not pay for a room I barely used. They were VERY rude and bullied me to pay them. Stay away.
