The Kitchen was completely empty, beside a water boiler and mini fridge, there was nothing. and by nothing, I mean literally nothing. Not a single spoon nor plate. The bedsheet was very raw and uncomfortable, my skin turned red on several places. The rooms were very big but they felt kinda empty. It was very clean tho, gotta give them that. The isolation of the outer walls was bad. You could hear the streets with closed windows pretty loud which was disturbing. I stood up to check the windows if they were closed several times cause it felt so loud.

There was always hair in the bed. They didn't even bother to change the pillowcases, they smelled so bad. There were crumbs on the floor, not swept or wiped.

A business where I spend every day, they really do it justice, their smiling faces and their care. It is a business that supports customer satisfaction, its rooms are very clean, you will feel like at home, thank you for giving it its due, I recommend it to everyone. I am coming especially at night with my girlfriend and I would like to thank Mr. Furkan, who is at the reception, for his interest and concern.
