1. Receptionist(the lady may be 40 years of age) wasn't behaving well. 2. She was continuously saying something in her own language and other native people were laughing at me. 3. Their checkin office is located around a mile away from the room location. 4. The area around the hotel room is smelly. 5. Except the room full hotel was dirty. 6. Lift was not clean. 7. Overall the experience was not very well. 8. Receptionist should be given customer handling training again. 9. Room was too small.

The location is good, close to subway and a lot of famous places in Naples. However the check in process is not clear and the building is not well maintained.

While opening the door with the key, the key broke without any effort. When we asked for a new key, they demanded 30 euros. We said it wasn't our fault. They threaten that you cannot enter the room at night if you do not pay. their style is very rude. I've been opening a door with a key for 30 years, this is the first time I've come across such a thing. also the bathroom sink was leaking water from under it and the bathroom was always wet.
