I stayed at unit 24703 over NYE booked via airbnb. The place stunk! There’s no way to describe the disappointment with the old, dirty, smelly furniture, the broken/chipped glasses and the lack of cleanliness around the place. Pillows are old. Toilet papers half used and limited. Internet is unstable, the TV is small and of poor quality…. Essentially everything sucks except the view. I have also noticed from other reviews that this company tends to say ‘we didn’t find your booking’ when a bad review is written. They have also tried to scam me requesting a payment of a non returned key (which was untrue and the keys were returned in person). Be aware of this cheap trick. Make sure you record your keys being returned. I definitely do not recommend this business.

DO NOT BOOK A STAY THROUGH HOLIDAY PARADISE!!!! If it was possible, I would give this "joint" zero stars. The unit smells when you enter. The rug under the cheap $200 lounge looks like it was rescued from a garbage bin. The roller blinds on all the windows leave big gaps when pulled down, which means you cannot "black out" the bedroom for an afternoon nap, or a late sleep in. The management operators flatly refuse to issue more than one key and to get the key, you have to park in Pacific Fair's car park, then walk to the Broadbeach tram stop where you must enter a code to collect your solitary key. You cannot park in the Casino car park - you have to park in the Convention Centre car park at $15 a day then drag / carry your luggage over half a mile to the elevators you have to use to access your floor level. You can only contact management staff between 1.00pm and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Do not book through this 2 bit operation - when I did manage to speak to someone, their grasp of, and ability to understand and speak English is minimal. NEVER AGAIN! RUN LIKE WIND FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!!
