Had an amazing 3 night stay at H10 Metropolitan with family and friends. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with balconies that have outdoor furniture and fresh clean blankets. Breakfast was lavish and well serviced. The staff is simply awesome, special mention to Sevas at the reception who was so welcoming and helpful for all our needs. Highly recommend this place.

Upon opening door there was an odor, probably because our room was right next to the public bathroom by the upstairs pool. Housecleaning refreshed the room. Everything else was wonderful. Re ception staff was excellent, hotel was centrally located within walking of many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good, would stay there again

Nice location, plenty of choices in the area to eat. Larger room with balcony, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice patio bar. We loved it here. Be aware that there are 10 locations, all called H10, taxi took us to the wrong one, had to walk 3 blocks in crazy traffic with our luggage.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We were able to check in early which was not expected, we were just hoping to stop by to have them hold our bags, but we were able to sneak in a quick nap before our Sagrada Familia tour! The bar staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered great recommendations for dinner and the drinks were very good as well! Breakfast was a nice spread, lots of options in addition to the menu. Our room was nicely cleaned and well taken care of, the robes and slippers in the room added to the luxurious feel!

Great location to the city. When we first got there they double charged us and told us we need to take it up with the Bank even though we had a receipt and confirmation number. Room was not ready when we got there either. When we got to the room it had a foul order in the room probably because the AC hasn’t been turned on for awhile. Also pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon leaving we had two employees chase us down and demanded we come back to check out. We charged $12 to the room at the bar but said they don’t keep your CC on file !! They were acting like we were trying to steal or something very rude how they acted towards us considering they charged us twice ??
