Great hotel within walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure you had an amazing stay. I highly recommend booking and will again the next time I am in Larnaca!

The hotel is in a great location (during the day,) very clean and friendly. The service was a very high standard. My only major downside/concern is that at night, it's a different story. You are located right next to all the bars and the music doesn't stop until 3am! I stayed for 6 nights and every night apart from 1 night in the beginning, the music was very loud. I wasn't able to sleep properly at all during my stay. I would suggest to the hotel to put up some sort of soundproofing within the rooms as I was not able to sleep at night, only for a couple hours, then got woken up by the music.

Absolutely amazing hotel, modernly equipped, clean, in an excellent location. A kind and incredibly willing, always smiling receptionist will do anything for you 🥰❤️. The room furniture is practical and stylish. As far as service and cleaning are concerned, he can't be faulted at all. There is a very noisy bar right next to the hotel (but we didn't mind)😊, however during our stay the hotel management had double insulation installed which solved this problem!!! 😮🤩Everything you need is right next to the hotel. Pleasant beach, shops open late into the night, restaurants with very pleasant service. Our favorite restaurant was the Alexander restaurant😋, where we also had fantastic hotel breakfasts. Thank you very much to the entire Hai Hotel for making our vacation more enjoyable ❤️🥰😍. We definitely recommend it, we will be happy to come back with the whole family.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the room was quiet and spotless, the service was great despite being done remotely (got all instructions on check in and taxi arranged for early morning- all over the phone!). The hotel is just across the road from the beach, slightly tucked in - weekday overnight stay was quiet, which was important for an early morning flight.
