Wow, best customer service i have ever seen. All the staffs are amazing and doing from their heart, what a culture to be shared! Haile did a really great work to get there, very proud of him really!!

I stayed a little over a week and it was unforgettable and remarkable! Elegant majestic, clean and quiet hotel. From my initial enthusiastic welcome (Royal welcome) to the farewell and a ride to the airport was so amazing. The attitude and the friendly demeanor of the staff was highly professional and exceptional. on a personal note let me say this ...... Special welcome greetings of the Classical Haile's Grand Hotel "The Palm of right hand placing on the heart and bow down" I believe it is contagious because I'm using it on a daily basis as I greet anyone. Thank you for all your great hospitality.
