Nice hotel located close to the airport. They provided shuttles when we arrived and departed. The continental breakfast was good. They could work on their customer service, and their showers (although it’s spacious, it floods if you are in there for more than 5 minutes).

I am a member for swimming and this is to comment on the information consistency on their swimming pool service as they are providing different information for different customers. I have been swimming at Addis ababa Ethiopia nexus hotel swimming pool for about one month on daily basis and all the service is good except the information consistency provided for all customers. And even they didn't bother to explain. This has to be improved.
