The staff was good and able to speak and understand our need during our stay. As for breakfast was the same and didn’t offer other options. The light went out a couple times, you have pay for ironing your clothing, they don’t have a wine opener. One of the main owner tall with glasse’s customer service is excellent. If you read this I appreciate your welcoming warm face. As for the other lady she needs help with that just improvement that needs to happen. Thank you

I am being generous rating it two star, over priced and plenty of roaches in the room. It was a big disappointment. Two star belongs to employees, there was no internet during my stay, even though Wi-Fi was available, the password given was wrong and was told "it's not working". Get ready for disappointment if you decide to stay at this location.

10/10 would recommend this hotel. All of the staff member we’ve encountered are very professional and respectful. The two sisters who are in charge are always present and they are very accommodating. We were very disappointed with the original hotel we rented, but Melodie changed our experience.

The Mother and Daughter running this establishment are fantastic. They comped our taxi and made our experience very easy. If you speak French you can converse much easier with the staff but the daughter Melodie speaks fluent English. The location is great for walks to nearby malls and it's a quick trip to the airport - approx 15-20 mins if you have an early morning flight. The breakfast has few items but they are 100% delicious. I would recommend this place to any foreign travelers. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Not many channels to watch on TV but who cares - go out for dinner and a show - both of which the staff can direct you to.

My stay at the Melodie Hotel was great. The location is good as it's really close to the city centre and airport. The staff were amazing as they all went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They all speak english, are very friendly and provide great service. The hotel is very clean and safe, and the food is very nice. The price is also very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.
