The hotel is situated in a very good location next to everything , you can find coffee shops and boutiques all around you.. Rooms are very clean and tidy which they also clean on a daily basis while also giving coffee capsules and water for free :). The staff deserve a special mention. They are the heart of this establishment, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Their politeness and promptness in handling requests are commendable. In particular, Mr. Vedat stands out for his exceptional service. His daily assistance, unwavering support, and kind personality don’t just meet the standards of hospitality; they redefine them. He truly is a valuable asset to the hotel. I had the best memories in this hotel and I definitely recommend it if you are going to Istanbul soon !

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping center, and the Osmanbey metro station, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Mr. Vedat was always available to answer any questions I had about the city, and he went above and beyond by coming to the metro station to assist me when my card was not working.

Spent 4 days of business meetings here. The staff here were awesome, always a smile on their faces, and always happy to help. The food (we ate breakfast and lunch here) and location were also great. The rooms are new, quiet, and comfortable. Overall highly recommend this place for any purpose.
