Excellent Staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to ask for David at the Front Desk. This Front Desk Agent is very knowledgeable of the city's destinations to visit & restaurants to have a great meal. Although, the hotel itself is dated & could use a facelift, the ENTIRE staff, from Managers, Front Desk & most importantly, Housekeeping, make your stay the best for your money.

Very friendly service checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. If staying, remember to ask for a room far away from the elevator shaft or you'll regret it. Loud noise from the elevator going up and down all day and night. I was 4 rooms down and it was still extremely loud. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again.

Great friendly staff & all of them professional. One of the best breakfast selections I’ve had in a while! Super comfortable beds, too. Accidentally left an expensive curved computer screen in my room. Came back through 5 days later & the manager had it in her office with my name on it waiting for me!

Overall, had a good stay at this hotel recently. It’s in a great location about 15-20 mins from downtown. A lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, even within walking distance. Service was great too. The AC unit in our room was a bit too loud, which made sleeping at night troublesome. One of the two elevators is non-functional right now, and the one that does work was a bit slow. Hopefully they fix those soon.

My stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. The workers displayed a troubling lack of effort, and the management’s performance was equally underwhelming. The cleaning staff’s unavailability was notable, and one of the employees went so far as to eject my sister from breakfast at 10 am with disrespectful comments. Seeking assistance from the front desk was an uncomfortable experience. Our refrigerator was also malfunctioning during our stay. While it’s a relief that there were no bed bugs, the cleaning standards were still far from acceptable. I strongly believe that the workers should reconsider their roles as they clearly lack the ability to treat guests properly. The inconsistency in treatment and overall operation of this business leaves me puzzled. I sincerely hope for a refund for my entire stay. Additionally, the gym was disgustingly filthy, reflecting poorly on the state of this establishment. It’s truly perplexing how this business manages to operate in such a manner.
