One of the most disappointing hotel experiences. The only redeeming quality of this establishment is its proximity to the City Centre, despite being situated right next to a post office and directly behind a Fuddruckers restaurant. Unfortunately, even with this advantageous location, the hotel's safety and security left much to be desired. Inadequate lighting both in the parking lot and around the hotel, which led us to use the side entrance closest to our room, added to our concerns. To make matters worse, the service provided by the staff and housekeepers was below par, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The pervasive odors of urine, weed, and garbage lingered in the air. The frame above our bed seemed to have been tainted with animal urine and was disturbingly sticky. Regrettably, the air conditioning system barely functioned, despite being set to a chilly 62 degrees. Non-operational windows prevented any fresh air or airflow from entering the room, compounding the discomfort caused by the malfunctioning AC unit. The carpets in both the living room and bedroom appeared neglected and had not seen a proper cleaning in quite some time. Adding to the already dire situation, we encountered several roaches in our clothes, suitcase, around the bed, and even in the kitchen. When we tried to report these issues to the front desk during check-out on Sunday around 10:30am, there was no one there to address our concerns, even after waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to arrive, leaving us with the impression that they may not have taken the matter seriously even if they were present. In sum, our entire experience felt akin to staying in a subpar college dorm room and was a profound letdown. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel!
