Our family of four had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Manhattan, all thanks to the exceptional staff. From their warm welcome to their attentive service, they made our trip truly special. Excellent experience at this hotel. Great location that felt safe and was close to a subway stop. Clean hotel room with a refrigerator and hair dryer. Staff happily provided an extra blanket and extra towels. Free breakfast until 10:00 a.m. It was quiet in my room. There are no additional hidden fees. (They do charge for incidentals but they refund it to you at the end of your stay if you had none.) I definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay here again. Plus, everyone I met here was super friendly.

Very good located. The room was okay, nothing special but could be a little more cleaner. The Service was good, but the breakfast was a no. The elevators were a little spooky and the „gym“ is not realy a gym. It only has a few cardio options, but it is better than nothing.

Great hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Manhattan and beyond. Minutes from 23 St Subway station which has a range of lines connected to downtown, uptown, Brooklyn, Queens and the Airports. We never had an issue with getting around. It's very walkable, only 20 mins to Times Square, Chelsea & Greenwich Village so very central. The staff are LOVELY. So accommodating, nothing is a hassle and the desk is manned 24/7 so you always feel safe. Rooms are old and small but really clean and comfortable, couldn't complain. Lots of eateries close by - 2 Bros for a cheap pizza or head to the Flatiron for more upscale beautiful restaurants. Overall, it's a basic small 3 star hotel that offers a free basic breaky but for the price (compared to other properties in NYC), it's great value. We would definitely stay here again!
