I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel all around was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with the Chile Verde, and all the cute dogs you get to see coming in and out of there put a smile on my face. What really stood out that had me choosing to write this review was to say on our last night there. The front desk receptionist Vicki I think her name was. She was so kind and had the best hospitality I have ever seen. I am beyond grateful she was there. I will definitely be back to Moab and to the Hampton.

The hotel was adequate and met our needs. However, the pet relief area leaves a lot to be desired. It is all rock and at a slope. I realize it is Utah, but there is no green space at all.

Our experience with the Hampton Inn in Moab was outstanding in every way. The hotel was was either new or completely renovated to new standards. It still had the new smell. The bed linens and towels were top quality and didn't show signs of wear. The room met my cleanliness standard which is very high. The desk, breakfast, cleaning and maintenance staff was exceptionally friendly. The room that we reserved was for a physically handicapped person because I was traveling with my mother. The shower was supposed to have a chair. Sven went above and beyond to get that chair for us. Before one was located in a storage room, he was going to borrow one from another local hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn, Moab.

I discovered black hairs on the bed and noticed short black hair in the bathroom. Although the front desk staff was pleasant and assisted me in changing to another room, I found it inconvenient that, the hotel couldn't help me to find another king bed…I only can choose to stay with two queen beds or a room with an un-functional TV. Perhaps considering a hotel with a more efficient housekeeping team would be advisable if such specific requests are important to you, or you want to avoid wasting time on room changes. What a “wonderful” holiday experience.
