Room was a good value for a single weeknight stay in late November. I've stayed in Moab a few times previously, from a single to a few nights throughout the year and this location is about as good as it gets if you want the convenience of a downtown location. This property is now high on my list for future visits. Staff was professional and efficient. Kitchenette is very usable although I didn't need it much this time, and included all the basics, like utensils, dishes, and a toaster. The fridge is an apartment-sized unit. There is a small dining table with 4 chairs and a small couch, which was in need of a good cleaning. I liked the overall layout of the room although there isn't many surfaces to set small items on. The small dresser had a medium-sized TV on it. A (slightly larger) wall-mounted TV would be a good start at freeing up more usable space. The first floor room I was in had a cavernously, almost weirdly, high ceiling (maybe there are rooms with lofts?), which made it kind of echo-ey. The bathroom feels a bit tight for such a large room, with very little counter space. There is a decent closet with adjacent niche for a couple suitcases. Noise wasn't an issue during my brief visit. I did have the occasional footfall noises from the room above but nothing bad. Breakfast was slightly above average for what I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Delightful hotel. Great service. Pleasant staff. The room was clean, the beds really comfortable. Nice variety of food at breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the vicinity and recommend it to family and friends!

Perfect downtown location. Kitchenette suites make things convenient when you don't want to eat out for every meal. Grate rates when off-peak. Clean, quiet. Great breakfast area. Should have tried the pool and spa. See you next spring, hopefully!
