Our flight back home was cancelled, so we scrambled to find a Hilton property near the airport that met the needs of our family of 4. The service here is what sets it apart. After booking on the app, my wife called to see if we could get an early check-in. They were happy to oblige and sent the shuttle for us right away. They recommended a couple of local restaurants that delivered, and we were quite happy with our meal from Sophia's. The rooms are dated, but spacious and met our needs. The shuttle was prompt in getting us back to JFK the next day. As we were waiting for the shuttle, a customer came in and asked the front desk if he could use a broom to clean off his car. She grabbed her coat and went to her own car to get a brush for him to use! This is definitely not the norm at other properties and speaks volumes about the lengths that the staff will go to serve their guests. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The staff really goes out of their way to be accommodating. I would certainly stay here again if circumstances dictated.

This is a great hotel if you're doing an overnight before a flight. Great shuttle service that is free. Helpful front desk. Comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed. Extremely quiet room even though it's by the airport. Nice little bar with some food. Everything you need before or after a long flight. Only bad thing was at 9:00 a.m. the shuttle bus was packed on the way to the airport and someone farted💨 and I couldn't escape. Be sure to tip the shuttle bus driver. After all it's a free service.

Nice, clean, modern room. Decent views of the neighborhood residential area. Coffee in the lobby and in the room. Breakfast is included. The shuttle from JFK, you must request on a special web site they give in the pre recorded message when calling the hotel. In the morning, it definitely took longer and people did get left behind because the shuttle was filled. It operates every 30 minutes so consider going earlier than you normally would.

The 70's called. Definitely needs to be updated. Grandma left her favorite chair in the room. The orange and brown carpet, headboard,lamps, and curtains have got to go. Its like they updated only certain things. There is a new vanity next to some old falling apart shelves. I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels in my life and this is on the lower side of the "Nice" spectrum. The shower handle almost came off in my hand, but there was very hot water at least.
