This hotel is in a great location to the JFK airport. The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel just opened, so the bar didn't have their liquor license yet. The bartender made me a mimosa, and it was a great start to my Saturday. Our room was extremely nice and clean. The Christmas decor was beautiful and really puts us in the Christmas spirit. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting. I recommend this hotel.

I live in Florida and went to NY to visit family for 5 days. We decided to stay here since it was right next to the airport and very close to all the boroughs. I have family in Brooklyn, queens & Long Island. I was literally 15-20 minutes away from each one of them. They informed us that we were the first guests to stay more than a night since they were newly opened. The service was AMAZING! I felt so safe & comfortable! The staff was always very pleasant and would greet us every time we entered the lobby. The valet service was PHENOMENAL. We would text from the room and walk downstairs and the car would be right there! Honestly, it was a blessing not having to worry about where to park the car and having to get it in the cold! The rooms were very clean, and house keeping made sure we came back each night to a fresh bed & organized room. I’ve raved to all my family members! I will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for making my visit stress free :)

Oh dear what a let down. New hotel. Light kept coming on in the bathroom over night for no reason, the room was really noisy with traffic. Windows not suitable. The air conditioning has one speed.... Fast and loud. Had to turn it off. The wardrobe door was warped and didn't close. There are no spirits served in the hotel.... Yes you heard that right no spirits at all. Staff were great though ☺️ As a silver lifetime member of Marriott this has got to be the worst experience to date 🙄

Rooms are nice and they’re in a decent location. My biggest problem was the food service. When I first got in I ordered a burger. The burger was actually pretty good but the problem was the wait. I ordered a burger 15 minutes before another gentleman and somehow he got his burger before me. The waitress took notice and did apologize so I let it slide. Then came breakfast. It is not included with the stay, firstly. Secondly, I waited fifteen minutes for a smoothie I never received. I saw others receiving food orders before me. I’m sure it was because I didn’t have my Sunday’s best on that I didn’t look important. I should do my Julia Robert's in pretty woman but it’s not that serious. My company pays for stay but I’ll just inform them that there are better options next time.

Great location if you are using JFK. Comfortable and clean rooms, great showers, and very friendly staff. The Christmas decorations are a nice touch. Staff was able to help me with a few items I forgot at home. Room service was tasty and service was quick. Front desk told me all about the M Lounge, which was worth the trip up to the 11th floor to chill with a cup of coffee and some pastries for a few. Was warmly welcomed and told I had just reached the next status level in the rewards membership (woohooo!) Will be using this hotel again whenever i need a space near JFK. Note: the bathrooms have those fashionable glass doors. They’re heavily frosted for privacy, but still glass. Maybe not the best for travelers with small children.
